Helena Trent, President
Helena Trent brings a wide variety of education and experience to bear in providing her clients with exceptional expertise in the area of web and internet services.

Helena is a graduate of Wesleyan University with an MBA from Saint Bonaventure University in International Business. She has studied in the U.S., mainland China and Japan.

She began her professional career as a specialist in opening international markets for Cutco Cutlery, the #1 selling brand of kitchen cutlery in the United States. She is responsible for the advance market research and business start-up of operations in Korea, Australia and the Philippines.

In 1995 Helena moved into the interactive marketing arena managing website projects for companies such as HSBC Bank, Dirt Devil Vacuum Cleaners and Playtex Infant Care products.

In 1999 she opened her business in Western New York State. In 2002 she opened another office in Memphis spearheading the firms expansion into the Mid-South. In 2004, she expanded into the Knoxville, TN area.

Helena is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Business Networking International and local chambers of commerce. Her current clients include a full range of retailers, manufacturing firms, professional service providers, non-profit organizations and business to business sales organizations.

Rosie Graves, Branch Manager

Rosie Graves joined Profit Insites as the Memphis Branch Manager in September 2004.

Rosie is a graduate of The University of Memphis with a B.S. in Consumer Science and a minor in Marketing Management. She later received her MBA from Union University. Rosie spent the first part of her career with the Memphis-based, national retailer, Catherines Stores Corp. During her time at Catherines Stores, she served in merchandising and e-commerce roles.

Rosie is a member of Business Network International, Small Business Chamber of Commerce, Germantown Chamber of Commerce, NFIB, National Association of Women Business Owners, The Memphis Women's Breakfast Club, and Toastmasters.
